The obverse and reverse of the featured/encapsulated pair of coins is visible through die cuts in the Cache (decorated envelope) which is also host to an Official, Mint Condition, United States Postage Stamp. In addition, the Cache and Stamp is Double Dress Cancelled by the Postmaster from the Capitol City of the Subject State. The cancellations are appropriately Dated with BOTH the First Date that the coins were issued by the Mint in 2007 AND the Exact Official Historic Date that the Subject State was Admitted to the Union. Furthermore, the Reverse of the Cache, is richly imprinted with Educational and Historic Information relating to the Subject State over the Signature of the Director over the Official Seal of the UNITED STATES MINT.
