Vintage DETROLA 154e Wood Tube Radio, Table Top, Scarce! Green Eye Art Deco magic tuning eye

Powers up with lights, only static. 

The green eye tube is not fastened into place, fabric and knobs are missing. 

I'm not certain if there are any other parts missing.  Tuning dial not working.
