The Ontario range is a wonderful addition to our Merrell collection, and the Ontario 85 Mid WP is no exception. You’ll find everything you could possibly want from an outdoors ankle boot in this style, as it has many elements of the great Merrell technology and is clean and classic in its style.
Merrell has added their M SelectTM Dry technology which they say is an impermeable membrane that seals out water and lets moisture escape. The metal hooks and D rings secure the lacing and the bellows tongue helps to keep debris out. Inside we find breathable mesh textile lining and M SelectTM Fresh antimicrobial agents to help keep those hard-working feet fresh. The heel has air cushioning giving all-important shock absorption and the compression moulded EVA midsole adds stability and comfort. The Kinetic FitTM Base contoured insole is also removable to accommodate orthotics if required.
To finish the fantastic Ontario 85 Mid WP off, we have the durable Vibram Megagrip added to the EVA with a rubber sole, making this boot suitable for sports, trekking and all-season hiking. What’s not to love.
