The diamond particles literally bite themselves into the screw recess. This means that less contact pressure is required, something that greatly delays fatigue setting-in in power tool screwdriving jobs.

The Impaktor holder with ring magnet additionally holds longer and heavier screws securely. This enables a speedy and dependable positiong of the screw. It is also ideal for above-head work. Should the magnet function not be required in a particular situation e.g. when working with metal, it can be extracted from the screwdriving area and can thereby be “disabled”. Mainly used in manual power tool applications.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day via a tracked Fedex 24 hour service. All delivered parcels require a signature from the recipient. If there is nobody at the address, a 'card' will be left confirming the attempted delivery. There will also be a contact telephone number for re-arranging a convenient delivery date, collecting the parcel from your local Carrier Depot is also an option as well as some items being eligible for collection from an Argos store. Any short deliveries or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 
All customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-3 days maximum. If goods have not been delivered after 2 days, please contact us and we will be able to advise you of the reason and contact the courier to work on a solution.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with a product you have purchased, return it to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging for exchange or refund. Simply contact us via eBay messages/ Request a return we will then issue a returns reference number we will then process a refund once the item has been received and inspected. 
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item simply contact us via eBay messages/ Request a return we will immediately arrange collection of the item, issuing you with a collection date and returns reference number please ensure the item is in its original packaging. Package the item in similar outer packaging sealed with tape, write your returns reference number on the outer packaging. When the goods are collected, obtain a Proof of Return Note from the vehicle driver, we will dispatch a replacement once the item has been received and inspected.
