AN ANTIQUE IRISH BOY SCOUT MOVEMENT INTER TROOP SHIELD

A rare antique Irish 6th City of Dublin Troop Boy Scouts inter patrol challenge shield 1917 1918. 

The challenge had been won in March 1917/1918 and December 1917 And June 1917 by wolf patrol. 

The silver plate plaque which shows some tarnishing and results of enthusiastic polishing is on its original oak mounting.

A rare and unusual item of Boy Scout memorabilia.
