The charging condition of the battery can be seen on the ring of blue LED's which is mounted in the back of the torch.
Also while charging, it is very clearly marked wheather charging is still in progress or that the battery is full.
The same LED's are used to indicate the relative burning time when the torch is in use by pressing the charging contacts in the back of the torch, more or less of the LED's will light up.
This is depending on the light mode on which the torch is set.
