It is a mild/medium heat, as the base is cayenne peppers (Cayenne Peppers average between 30,000 to 50,000 units on the Scoville scale).  This is the sauce that was featured at Tijuana Flats locations in the southeastern U.S. The product will come in a 5oz. plastic woozy bottle with a 1/4" hole fitment (dropper/dabber).
