It has been kept in a clear storage since used in mid 2005, parts missing I purchased from lego markets - a pristine set.

The instructions are to YES, included (note instructions can be download from Lego.com).
A parts inventory check sheet will also be in the bags.  Documentation will tell URL where book is found.


I am selling Lego sets for value, not as a sealed set collector item.  There is value to new ownwrs - but my kids are older now, I am retired, sharing the joy!

THE ORIGNAL BOX IS GONE.  This ships as parts in bags.
  
TO SHIP FOR YOU TO ASSEMBLY:  I will package pieces sensibly in various zip lock bags.  Any tools are items to hold will be packed in smaller 2"x3" bags.
