- Dulux Prepcoat 1Step Oil Based Primer, Sealer & Undercoat is a fast-drying prepcoat. It is suitable for the complete preparation of interior and exterior surfaces, including bare timber, plasterboard and previously painted surfaces. Use it on doors, window frames, skirtings and trims.
Apply White as supplied, or tint to a similar colour to your top coat.
