Super cool and unusual.  Looks great with no fire behind them because they already have the fire in them! Overall super condition was typical rust on the grate rests.  Flames themselves stand about 18 inches tall with patent date on the back. Not sure who made these wonderful brass flames.  Should be researchable with that patent number.  When not in use I would consider putting red lights behind the flames.  Extension arm simply unscrew so you could just Mount these in a manner you like for your project.
