PiezoBarrel V1 Tenor Saxophone Pickup Microphone with a generic Tenor Sax Mouthpiece & 4m Cable. 

This pickup allows sax players to take advantage of electronic effect pedals or get some extra volume without feedback.  The video demo of the V1 pickup includes raw comparisons with other microphones with rough handling to compare key noise and finally a comparison with reverb and EQ to better compare with regular microphone recordings that obtain some ambiance from the natural room reverb.

The supplied mouthpiece is inexpensive, works well and allows testing the pickup before fitting the supplied adapter into your favorite mouthpiece.  If you use an expensive mouthpiece, it may be handy to have a cheap alternative as a proof-of-concept.
