Vintage folding pocket knife made in Solingen, Germany by the
german Friedrich Hartkopf Solingen knife company from the 1980's.
For around 100 years Hartkopf have been making high quality knives in
the heart of Solingen using the well known smiths of Markus Balbach.
Blade and and combined bottle opener with screwdriver forged by Markus Balbach
(BALBACHDAMAST®) from 100 layers of steel with the pattern rose damask.
Handle made of brass linings with polished nickel-silver bolsters
and ebony wooden scales with nicely shaped engraving plate.
The blade of the knife is marked with: FH brand
logo of the company, ROSTFREI and 100 LAGEN.
The knife is in overall very good preserved authentically condition with
slightly traces of usage.The spring of the knife is strong and tight.
The tools are firmly attached to the handle without any play.
