NOTE:  If you are buying these to replace the original caps supplied by Nintendo then I would recommend buying 2 to replace the caps on both Joy-Cons to prevent a colour mismatch - if that is something you care about. This applies especially to White/Black/Grey. This is because *some* people find that their original caps have discoloured naturally or picked up grime/dirt and are no longer the original colour they were at purchase (the latter applies to White extra especially).

Replacement/Custom Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Thumb Grip/Caps.

These are replacements for the caps that cover the plastic of the joy-con controllers, that sits directly on the joystick plastic itself, as demonstrated in the main photo

These replacement caps come without the grooves that the original caps have, that fit into the joystick's holes, and instead come with a smooth surface underneath. This makes them so much easier to install, without losing the fit and snugness.

These are not the covers that go on top to add extra bulk/grip!
