are releasing many of our brand new, retired charms from our Pandora
vault. These are charms that go way back, some to 2007! What you see is
what you will receive. Most of our charms are in the original BARCODED
ziplock Pandora bag. If it is pictured and the item is listed as NEW
with TAGS, then your retired item will be shipped in the original bag.
We
have listed all of our remaining quantity of this charm. As it is
retired, we are unable to order more once they are sold out.

Your
item will be shipped with a Pandora collapsible box, tissue and sticker
as this is current for Pandora stores. Pandora has not made a suede
pouch in years!

A note about retired Pandora:
There
are many sellers claiming to sell Authentic Pandora retired items. 1)
If the price is extremely low, chances are good, it is not authentic. 2)
If a seller has already sold 100+ of the item, there is a good chance
it is not authentic. Pandora stores have a very limited supply of
retired items and they are usually hard to find. One seller is not going
to have several dozen much less 100's of the retired item to sell. 3)
Some sellers trying to convince you their products are authentic may
have a very good feedback rating. How long have they been selling
Pandora on Ebay? Most only a few weeks or months because they get shut
down by Ebay's VERO program that allows the Company to request that
their listings be removed. Some sellers even create multiple selling
accounts as a safeguard in case one of their accounts is terminated.

This is probably the most important for buyers to look out for.
Recently (within the last couple of years), there have been a number of
sellers that sell both Authentic Pandora products as well as knock offs.
As the profit margin for actual authentic Pandora products is very low,
the profit margin for knock off product is very high. Therefore,
sellers will include both types in their listings, convincing buyers
that ALL of their products are authentic. How can you tell? Refer to #1

Your
item will ship in the current packaging that Pandora stores use which
is a collapsible box, tissue and sticker for gift giving. Pandora has
not offered a "suede pouch" in years. Beware of sellers that offer fake
packaging along with their fake products for 50%+ off of retail prices.
Please
Note that ALL items that are returned for ANY reason must include the
original packaging that was shipped with the item. This includes the
BARCODED bag tag. We are unable to resell items listed as New with Tags
without the barcoded bag. If your item came with a black hang tag, that
must be included in the return as well as the original box or pouch. In
the event a buyer returns a New with Tags item without the original
packaging, a 30% restocking fee for future price adjustment will be
subtracted from original purchase price.
If
your item is to be a gift and you wish to not include the bag tag or
hang tag, please remove them for safe keeping until the gift has been
received and accepted.
