Maggie ordered her pharmaceuticals from a big, famous drug store and Romeo was the driver that made the monthly sojourn to bring them to her. Maggies caretaker would meet him at the door and take the bag of legal meds from him, sometimes, depending on the caretaker, also giving him a fresh homemade brownie or sweet.
