Need your item within 24 hours? For a small fee of £5.95 we will arrange a 24 hour delivery. Simply choose the Next Day delivery service. Please check out before 11am to receive your item on the next working day. This only applies when ordering Monday-Friday.

Please be aware that items below 2kg are sent by a safe but un-tracked Royal Mail service. The items will have a 'delivery confirmation' tracking number which is only updated once the items have physically been delivered. Items over 2kg will be sent by a tracked service, and you will be advised of the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

It is very rare that orders are lost in transit - however, sometimes it can happen. Please contact us and we can investigate & resolve. However, please bear in mind regional variations in delivery times as described above, and seasonal variations due to public holidays.

Ordered incorrectly or no longer required? Not to worry! In order to obtain a refund the goods must be returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. The buyer must pay for the return postage as we can not cover the return cost if the fault is lies with the buyer. If we have made an error with your order, if its damaged in transport, faulty, order received in error, not as described, then we will collect or send a returns label free of charge. Please contact us through eBay messages or call us and we will be happy to assist you. When returning an item, please include a slip of your eBay ID, name, address, telephone number and the reason for returning. Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in un-used, perfect condition. Don't make amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won't be processed if any of the above occurs. If we receive back the goods damaged when returning as no longer required, I'm afraid you'll need to contact the courier you sent them with and claim, as we cannot process a refund. All our products are packaged safely and securely and are shipped out in a premium condition. Received a damaged item? Sorry but accidents do happen. Please tell us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly replace it or refund you. When ordering vehicle parts, please check at the point of ordering that you have ordered the correct make, model, year, side as we cannot accept liability under any circumstances once these have been sent out, if the buyer has made a mistake with ordering the incorrect item, the buyer will need to pay for return postage.
