Made in Birmingham in the 40's / 50's? of cream enamel ware and red metal adjustable handle. 
This works brilliantly and gives off a lot of heat. 
Use as a working piece or for decoration, these are very collectible. 
Great for a shop window display, industrial warehouse apartments.
