Our deluxe caravan is located on Sandhills part of the caravan village, it also has the largest on site full wrap around decking, our plot is just a 5-6 minute walk to the main complex which has all your live entertainment, fairground, swimming, arcades, bars, restaurants etc.

With 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom this is a perfect family holiday home.

It has Double glazing and a brand new boiler for the central heating make this an ideal caravan even in the winter months.

Lounge

The lounge provides a home from home feel with a large freeview tv, solid oak coffee table, central heating and a newly fitted L shape 6 seater sofa which also converts into a double bed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your Butlins Holiday including a fridge freezer, microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker & oven, Kettle, Toaster pots & pans & cutlery.

To the side of the kitchen is a free standing dining table & chairs where you can enjoy your family meals together.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom again provides that touch of comfort with a King size bed with mattress protector, tall wardrobe, and a freeview remote control TV.

The twin bedroom comes complete with two single beds and Freeview tv

Bunk room has one single bed with overhead bunk bed and Tv/DVD player

WE ONLY PROVIDE THE DUVETS & PILLOWS ONLY, GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THERE OWN LINEN,

ie DUVET COVERS, BED SHEETS, PILLOW CASES & TOWELS.
