Core Refund:
- A core charge has been included in price. That core charge will be refunded automatically back onto your original method of payment upon receipt of your core cylinder.
- Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core cylinders.
- Broken skirts, cracks into the water jacket, ports, or cylinder wall & O-ring groove damage are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund.
- Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund.
- Cores that are returned without the core return paper are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all.
- If you have concerns about the condition of your cylinders, please message us with pictures. Feel free to call with any questions!
Restocking Fee:
In the event that you order the wrong part for your machine and it ships, or if you are making a return, there is a %15 restocking fee to account for inconvenience and labor. The item must be un-used and in original packaging/condition. If your return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cover those costs.
