Works but just barely. Is in need of some TLC

Turns over easily by hand but the motor will barely turn it. My guess is it needs a new motor. Cosmetically it in excellent condition.

Includes everything pictured including the motor control arm, extension table and accessory cabinet. (The brown storage box pictured)
