Vintage "Our Baby's First Seven Years" Record Book Chicago Lying-in Hospital 1958 in clean unused condition. The book has not been used or written on. All pages are clean and blank. Book has a total of 73 pages .

The storage box for the book has some visible wear and tear, especially in one of the corners. Please see pictures.

There are some very faint light blue marks on the cover, around the "Our Baby's First Seven Years" title, see pictures. Also, when you open the cover and look at the end pages, there are some small areas where the green page color is peeled. Please see pictures as they are part of the description.
