DISCLAIMER: I purchase the bulk of my hats at Estate Sales & Garage sales and except for rare occasions I try to buy only the hats I deem to be in new unworn condition. In short I will be listing all my hats as preowned or used and will state in the description the condition I feel they are in. Alot of the condition begins with have they were taken care of by the previous owner. Just because a hat appears to have dirt of dust on it doesn't mean that it has been worn. The most telling signs of wear usually occur on the sweat band or the brim of the hat where it joins the crown of the hat.
