the item i have up for sale today is a 10 cent special delivery postage stamp. the scott number on the stamp is #E10. the stamp is perforated 10.the stamp is unwatermarked. the year of issue was 1916.the color of the stamp is pale ultramarine.the stamp does appear to be hinged.i have a picture showing the back of the stamp.the stamp is used.the stockcards are not included in this sale.i will combine shipping.please examine the picture to determine quality. thanks for looking. sorry i do not ship or sell international.
