This features two different punk rock bands from New York City.

Side A is Lower East Side Stitches with the song NYC IS DEAD. Side B is Murphy’s Law with the song Quality of Life.

This EP was released to protest Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

There is an explanation of this on the inside cover written by Jesse Malin from the band D-Generation.
