It is 1 package of  no metal, in your color choice as pictured, with both velvet and thin or thick everyday favorite ouchless no metal elastics.

Only the neutral package has all velvet and no regular elastics included.

The velvet material helps the band to have a secure hold to stay in place. It is definitely nice and soft.

The packaging is from 2012- 2015. As always, packaging and items may show shelf wear. These elastics sometimes age. Please keep this in mind. You can see that sometimes the velvet material is already compressed in spots on some of them.

As always, all of the packages, and especially open products, may show shelf wear, pulls, spots, and scuffs. Some have staples, tape, or stickers. These elastics sometimes age. Please keep this in mind.
