These batteries have all been deemed as "For Parts or Not Working" for one reason or another. Some barely last when unplugged, some do not show any signs of power when installed in their device, some are too swollen, etc. They are being sold "as is" with no expectations of working (Even though some will)
Items may have more or less issues than what are listed in the item condition or on their sticker. The items either had something wrong with them or we didn't have a way to thoroughly inspect them, so they are just being listed as For Parts or Not Working / Scrap.
