Bergamot Mint essential oil is food, aroma and therapeutic grade used in skin/body care, toothpaste, soap, candle making, massage oils, potpourri, air fresheners diffusion and household cleansing.
Aroma- Minty, refreshing, calming, reduces restlessness, relaxes, restores.
Bergamot Mint is a member of the mint family of herbs.
USES
Add 1-2 drops in bath water to restore and relax.
Add 1-2 drops to water in a spray bottle for a room freshener.
Use 1-2 drops in skin care to soothe, calm, cleanse and clarify.
Rub 1-2 drops on the soles of the feet prior to bedtime to relax and promote calmness.
Add 2-4 drops to a diffuser for a calming environment.
Add 1 drops to a pot of black tea for a refreshing, minty beverage.
Can be used in household cleansers and surface wipes, air fresheners, cupboard sachets.
Add 1-2 drops to facial toners and cleansers to promote healthy skin. Add to massage/body lotions and foot creams..

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Food use: Add 1-2 drops per 120 ml of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute
with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. Do a test patch first. See additional precautions
below.
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Possible sun sensitivity with lemon directly after use.
