From my personal collection, beautiful Neiger brothers old Czech pendant necklace. Unsigned, but this piece has all the ear marks of the very famous brothers jewelry making business from the early 1900s. Although this company was short-lived, they created some of the most beautiful works of jewelry art ever seen. This a fine example of a unique and very different orange and black dangle, glass bead necklace with really colorful elements. First let me say this piece is much prettier in person. I have tried to take many pictures, but they just don’t capture the colors, especially the enamel and paste stones that are in the pendant. Nice thick barrel clasp works well. It is similar to the French style clasps of the art deco era. This piece has a wonderful, art deco feel with bright orange glass beads, which measure. 4.6 mm each and small brass beads spacers, which measure a little larger at 5.25 mm. There are black glass, oblong beads which Measure 15 mm in length . The pendant portion, including the dangles measures. 4 1/2 inches tall, including the pendant portion and the dangles. There are beautiful colors of enamel as well as paste or glass stonework in the main pendant. Blue, greens and red enamel, followed by a big glass cabochon in the center with red, orange, emerald green and light amethyst solid bezel set. This is really a pretty piece and not small. Total weight is 45 g and the total length of the whole piece is 28 inches. The beaded necklace portion is. 20 inches. The back is very fancy brass and pretty clean. The front is very clean as well with no chips, cracks, brakes, repairs, discoloration, missing, enamel, flea bites in any of the stones no missing pieces or parts. This is one of the best Czechoslovakian unsigned pieces I have seen. Please message me with any questions you may have and thank you so much for viewing. Returns are always cheerfully accepted, Sherry.
