The DREAMING #1-2

Lot of 2 books!

Vertigo/D.C. Comics 1996

Soooo... departing with my Gaiman and related collection. I thought of getting some of these graded because they are in such great shape, but then decided should just sell them all as a lot for collectors that want to actually read these books. For the most part, these books were carefully read once, and then securely stored.

I carefully looked over each of these books with high-powered lights and reading glasses to assess and assign grades for each one, which I will paste below. I assign a grade range (for example 8.0 to 9.0) because I'm quite sure that nobody can accurately and consistently predict what grade CGC will assign to any given book. NOTE that I have gone through this grading process with hundreds (maybe thousands at this point) of books from my collection and pretty consistently predict that grade CGC will assign. ALSO NOTE that my grade for these books assumes that the books will be pressed. I don't intend to boast, but I'd say my assessed range is accurate 90%+ of the time, and I've even hit 100% with sets of comics sent in numbering 50 or more. The #1 has a bend lower right corner of the front cover, which is hard to see but more visible on the interior side - it would mostly disappear with a pressing, but  has a slight color-break, so CGC would likely not give this one a 9.8. The #2 is in mint condition. Regardless of all this, I encourage you to PLEASE examine photographs closely and make your independent grade assessment before purchasing. Of course, do not hesitate to contact me regarding specific details, questions, or the need for more photos. Thanks for taking a look/read and hope this great collection lands in your lap. :)

#1 Estimated grade range: 9.4-9.6

#2 Estimated grade range: 9.6-9.8
