Vintage Bollman Hat Company 120th Anniversary silver plated bowl or plate.  Measures 10 1/2" in diameter.  Needs a polish but is in good shape.  Wallace silver plate with label, hand etched Geo.W. Bollman Co Ince 1868-1988.
Nice gift for the hatter or milliner.
