This is the 520336 model 15MV-12V Cragg Railcharger. It came from the estate of a longtime railroad electrician and it looks to have seen little use and I haven't tested it at all. It is in nice and clean condition and includes all of the connections that are shown. It will be packed well and shipped right out.
