Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Purchases made over a period of 15 days may be held for combined shipping upon request. Unless you request to have your order held, we expect payment within four days from the date of purchase. Items not paid within four days may be canceled at our discretion. Buyers who do not pay for purchases may be blocked at our discretion.
• We will ship your order with 1 business day except when we are on vacation.
• Purchases in the US that include only items valued $20 or less and with an order total value of $50 or less will be shipped with tracking and insurance using the eBay Standard Envelope.
• Orders that include items sold for $20.01 or more, but less than $50 total value will be shipped with tracking in the US, and without insurance unless insurance and/or tracking are requested by the buyer. These items are shipped at the risk of the buyer unless insurance/tracking is added for an additional cost. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping the buyer agrees not to open a claim with eBay.
• Orders shipped to an address outside the US with a total value of less than $50 will be shipped at the buyer's risk unless additional insurance and tracking are purchased (additional cost). If an item shipped without tracking and insurance is lost or damaged the buyer agrees not to open a claim with eBay.
• All orders over $50 total value will be shipped with tracking and insurance within the U.S. and to outside the U.S. If shipping/handling charges collected at the time of purchase are not sufficient to cover the cost of tracking and insurance the seller will instruct you how to purchase additional coverage and/or how to pay for tracking. For example, if you purchase three items for $20 each (total order value of $60), you will be required to pay for additional shipping/handling and insurance before the item is shipped.
• We have implemented these policies because we want to offer you the most economical shipping possible, but because of a recent upswing in lost item cases with eBay, we thought it was best to provide details regarding our shipping policies.
• We reserve the right to impose a surcharge on shipping to certain countries our regions we have determined at our discretion pose a risk to the item's safe and timely arrival. Currently, we require tracking for all orders over $20 that will be sent to India, mainland China (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan), Chile, and Peru. We are not currently shipping to Russia, Ukraine, or Palestine. We also reserve the right to impose a surcharge on shipping for any reason we deem necessary.
• Most items with a shipping weight over 3.5 ounce (approx. 100 grams) or that cannot be sent in a letter-size envelope also require tracking unless specifically stated in the description.
• By purchasing an item, you are agreeing to these shipping and handling Terms & Conditions.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns for any reason as long as the return follows our return policy below:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in the item description. Later returns may be accepted at our discretion, please contact us.
• Collections, large lots and item sold "as is", and any item with a description that specifically excludes returns, may not be returned without our prior consent.
• Please notify us in advance before returning an item. If you do not notify us, we may charge a restocking fee for your return. 
• A restocking fee may apply at our sole discretion to any return.
• Items must be returned in the condition they are received.
• Most of our items are shipped with insurance, please document any damage with photographs (if possible) before attempting to return the item. Please email us photographs of the damage.
• For items that are received with damage or that are not as described, we pay for return shipping. 
• Buyers who return items for other reasons such as "changed mind", "already have one in my collection", "found a better price" or "it doesn't look as good now as it did in the photo" must pay their own return shipping.
• Buyers who returning items from overseas are required to contact us before making a return. In most cases, overseas shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
