Hand crafted, torch cut artwork by artist Claudine Buell. Steel, painted fish done in a bright pink with purple fins, a gold hypnotic eye and a black base with artists signature. The only ware is the stem that attaches fish to the base. There is a small amount of paint loss you can see in the photos. Original, informational tag is still attached to the piece. Created in 1999 by Buell in the USA. Whimsical design and one of a kind. Buell created other pieces in this line, however each one is created by hand and no two are alike. Underside of base has original label and a little bit of rust. Photos are a great reference.
