General Information

We do our best to accurately describe and depict the items we sell. All Items are sold as photographed as we consider the photos to be part of the description, if it's not pictured it's not included. Please view all the photographs for design, style, condition and take advantage of the zoom feature to assist you in determining your opinion of the condition.  If more than a quantity of one item is being sold we have chosen to use the photograph of the item that appears to be in the poorer condition. What you see in the photos is what you receive. We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in monitors and photography we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. The finished product may be different than it appears in the preview.

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase or our customer service, please contact us before leaving feedback because occasionally we may miss a defect or make an error and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Shipping

We do offer combined shipping. Please contact us with the items you would like to purchase and we will be able to provide a shipping quote. 

Items are often shipped in recycled containers from a variety of sources. If you don't want an item shipped in one please advise us at time of purchase.

Generally our orders ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). If you require a specific or expedited shipping option, please let us know before purchase as there may be an additional fee for shipping.

Returns

Unless specified otherwise we offer returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Return shipping fees are paid by the seller, however the original shipping fee may be non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted if initiated through the eBay return process. Returned items must be in the same condition as stated in the listing. If the item was new with tags, it should be returned with all tags attached.
