Vintage - but brand new, sealed - Halloween Baby Bib by Magic Creations from 1997. So cute and vibrant colors. It’s black with orange trim and has orange Jack O’ Lantern pumpkins with green stems and yellow “lit” faces and purple stars and white tiny dots. It ties and is plastic. Very cute.
