The black shoulder and elbow pads literally dry rotted in place and were thus removed (aka will not come with shoulder or elbow pads.)

The blue “back pad” did not suffer this same issue.

Some of the white lettering has hairline cracks, even though this jacket remained on a hanger all its life.
