Fits 92-95 civic hatchback. The floor sill trim piece is mostly unattached on the passenger side, but remains attached on the driver side.

I am not exactly sure what color this carpet is.  I wanted to say it is black, but it looks more like it may have been a gray Carpet that was dyed black at some point and has faded a bit.
