Toshiba SD-4990 is a single-disc DVD player with upscaling capability
and ability to play back multiple media formats such as DVD, DVD-R,
DVD-RW, Video CDs, CD, CD-R, and CD-RW. MP3, WMA, and JPEG formats are
also supported. Up conversion to 720p or 1080i is possible with this
Toshiba DVD player due to the installed audio-video convertor. This
allows lower grade sources to be enhanced for an improved viewing
