exact item shown, MN22 transistor tested (see last photo), these are a germanium TO-3 case transistor that was in Motorola Dispatcher radio-telephone sets that were internally dated beween 1958 and 1961.  There is a Radio Shack equivalent shown in their catalog from 1977, shown below.  Note that many of the MN parts are covered by the same radio shack part number so take these specications as representing something that could handle the voltages and currents of all these devices.  I suspect, given the automotive/trucking application that these were operated at 6 or 12 VDC so the ratings may be less than 30V.  Also note that the cheap import transistor tester wasn't programmed to recognize germanium parts so its estimate of gain and other parameters is not trustworthy.  I am sure that these parts are good, just use them as what they were designed for, a few watts of audio power. see spec data below.
