If this exchange is not possible, the customer shall receive a full refund. The serial number on the returned item must match the serial number in our records. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping: All items are usually shipped from one of our locations within 24 hours of receiving payment. As soon as shipping has been arranged, your tracking number will be provided via eBay.
• Import duties: Please note, the buyer is responsible for all Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges. These are not included in the item list price.
