Oregano essential oil is food, aroma and therapeutic grade used in cooking, skin/body care, toothpaste, soap, candle making, massage oils, potpourri, air fresheners diffusion.

USES
Add 1-2 drops to water in a spray bottle for a room freshener.
Add 1-2 drops per 120 ml liquid in cooking to replace fresh herbs.
Soak vegetables in 1 drop of oregano essential oil and water for a fresh herbal taste.
Add 2-4 drops to a diffuser for a calming environment.
Can be used in household cleansers and surface wipes, air fresheners.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Food use: Add 1-2 drops per 120 ml of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute
with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. Do a test patch first. See additional precautions
below.
