Outstanding historic piece from Joseph building in Detroit.    Some minor condition issues to the face including crazing. I see no cracks or severe weathering. You may wish to clean it or leave it alone.  Not super heavy at about 17 lb thanks to its Hollow back.  Purchased in Indiana from a antique dealer saying it was from Detroit.
