Full-size, based on the shape of an old Canadian telegraph insulator style.  This cast glass paperweight has no internal pin-hole so can not be represented as an authentic insulator.  It has base embossing "Canada 2012".  

These were made by me in my glass shop and sold to insulator and paperweight collectors, railway and telegraph enthusiasts, etc.  These were left-over from the sets of 6 colours that were made back then.  I still have a few left-overs but not much time to deal with selling them.
