In great condition. Does NOT include the table clamps that hold it to a table. Max opening is 4-1/2in. 

Shipping: Most of my packages are sent out the next day Mon-Fri, NO shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. I primarily use either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail through USPS.
