Wiring Harness for Rickenbacker 4001S/4003S Basses with Switchable Mono/Stereo Output and Vintage Tone Control

I build this harness for those who own the new 4003S bass or the older 4001S and 4001CS models with the single output jack who also want the option of playing in stereo like the 4003 deluxe model with Rick-O-Sound. It's built using components from some of the same suppliers that Rickenbacker also uses, and optimized for use with the stock Hi-Gain, RIHS, or Toaster pickups. The tone caps are Sprague .047uF spec units, while the pickup selector switch and output jack is made by Switchcraft. Unlike the factory harness, these pots are within 5% of rated spec. The neck pickup tone pot is a solid shaft 500K CTS. The bridge tone pot is a 500K Bourns push-pull pot that also activates a .0047uF tone cap in the bridge pickup circuit when pulled up. The neck volume pot is a solid shaft 250K CTS, while the bridge volume pot is a 250K Bourns push-pull pot that changes the output from mono to stereo when pulled up. It's all wired up with vintage style cloth insulated 22gauge wire. This harness is ideal for any Rickenbacker 4001S or 4003S with single coil pickups and mono output jack. I also have vintage style knobs at $12.00 a set to go with this harness. This harness is available with an additional stereo output jack for $5.00 more for those who'd like to use it in  the 4003 with Rick-O-Sound to upgrade from the sometimes problematic stock output jacks. I can build a custom harness for most Rickenbacker guitars and basses. ***Note: Push-pull controls require1" of cavity depth below the control***Any questions, please ask!
