Offered is an elegant Haviland Limoges Salad Bowl Boule Shape in H3597. On the Ranson Blank (Schleiger 1), the bowl shows an edge band of cobalt with a brushed gold and tiny leaf design. It measures 8 3/4" across the top opening; it stands 3 1/2" to the top of the rim scallops. The base is 6" across. No chips/cracks. Note that the cobalt shows as a light tan on the backside rim. The whiteware mark is the older green H&Co/L/France sold through a retailer in Berlin. It is incised R - 2 - 3.
