exact item shown, three cables, one is definately S-Video on both ends, one is an automotive power cable (3 AMP fuse) with a 4-pin connector to connect to the device, the other cable has an S-video connector on one end labeled MAC, and on the other end, a 1/2" OD cable that has 12 pin positions, 7 of which are populated.  I don't know what these came from, they were pronbably in a box of stuff I bought years ago -
