This copy has been SIGNED by the author, Margaret M. Tootle, on the title page. Not inscribed to anyone. The book is softcover, 8-1/2" x 11" in size with 64 numbered pages and 24 unnumbered ones that mostly contain ads from area local businesses, many of whom are no longer in existence. It is in Acceptable condition: is an ex-library copy with expected spine label, a "Withdrawn" notice on the title page, and considerable wear to the front & back covers, and to the spine. Almost all of the wear and condition issues pertain to the cover. The book has a strong spine and clean text pages. No torn pages, smells, page stains, markings, underlining, or writing.  It will be carefully packaged to insure safe shipping.
