Carriers

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after product has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, once Courier collects an item from us, we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we might kindly ask all customers to hold back when expecting their products to arrive.

Condition of returned items

All returns are subject to the subsequent conditions:

• Item must be unused and within the same condition that you simply received it.
• Item must be within the original packaging, unless there's a manufacturer defect (In which case you need to contact us before returning).
• Items must be packaged for the return journey so that they don't become damaged in transit and don't stick any packaging tape to the item itself.

All items must be returned within their original packaging and in a very resalable condition; failure to try to to this could incur extra costs being deducted from the cost of the item after return costs (up to 50%) this also applies if an item looks to possess been used before returning.
