This listing is for a [PSA MINT 9] Arbok Card #24 (PSA Certification #84331926), from the first series of Pokemon cards that were ever made by Topps (Pokemon Trading Cards Series 1) back in 1999, the first year that Pokemon cards were printed in English. Since this set was made to follow along with pokemons that were introduced in the original Pokemon TV Animation Series, and not a part of the Pokemon Tradiing Card Game (TCG), the amount of cards printed in Topps Pokemon Cards Series 1 was rather limited. As shown on the PSA population count for Arbok - Card #24, they have only graded 23copies of PSA 9 and 12 copies of PSA 10!
